Large Ear Lobes
Introduction
Large ear lobes can be very distressing. They can make you feel like your ears are making you look old because they are hanging down a long way. They are a true sign of aging as the ear lobe continues to elongate with age. Gravity pulls the ear lobe down and the ear continues to stretch over time.
Large ear lobes can also be caused by enlarging earrings – similar to earrings that are worn by Maasai tribesmen.
Regardless of the cause for large ear lobes – Dr Robinson can treat this condition by performing an operation. Dr Robinson most commonly performs an ear lobe reduction via a wedge excision.
